It seems like AutoWash is more interested in adding gimmicky marketing features to their app than actually making it usable. Came to the Central Park location to use their vacuum, was required to download their app that then didn’t even display the option for vacuuming. The QR code they have you scan has outdated information and there is no way to search for “vacuum” in the app. If you are going to make consumers use your janky technology at least make it work. Remember, you are a car wash at the end of the day - something that has been done without an app for the majority of history.

I’ve been an Autowash member for 7 years - this family-owned chain of car washes has grown dramatically, yet they continue to invest heavily in their original Central Park locations, which I appreciate. The automatic bays are *very* heavily used - they encourage clean cars with very affordable monthly memberships. It can sometimes be the case that a lane is down as a result, or a particular part of the cycle is malfunctioning - in every case, I’ve called or texted with Autowash support and they graciously make it right, offering credits. My goldendoodle loves the dog washes, which I appreciate as it’s so much neater than washing him at home! Grateful for this locally-owned staple.

My car got muddy over the weekend, so I went last night to get it washed. I chose the $18 "complete plus" which includes undercarriage wash and contour drying. The first thing I noticed was that at the end of the wash, and after the "contour drying", my car was still covered in water. I drove for a while to try to get the water off and then went home. This morning I noticed that there is still dried mud on my car's running boards. I looked over the car, and noticed that there were spots and streaks where the water dried, which means the water had something in it. Also I noticed that despite the "undercarriage wash", the wheel wells and underside of the car still have mud splashes as well. Also the rear window still has marks where I squeegeed it at the gas station a few days ago. So now I have to go somewhere else to wash off the mud that this wash didn't clean and the streaks that were left from the rinse water.

Great... when it works and there's more than one autowash bay working. Unfortunately, there's always at least one out of order and normally two of the three are. And when one is working, who knows if the sprayers will actually be aimed at your car and not the one behind you. At least the front of my car got washed twice while I waited in a line that took nearly an hour. I wish there were more brushless washes in the area because I would never come back here.

Quick and easy to use auto wash. Used the auto wash app to earn points and was even provided with a coupon. Great quality service with great savings.
